Technical Service Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide technical documentation and introduce company products per customer or marketing requirements; promptly answer customer technical questions.
- Per on-line testing plans: prepare test items, complete experiments and compile test reports; perform routine monitoring and testing of products in customer use and issue timely, accurate adjustment recommendations; independently propose solutions and design experiments for technical issues, identify root causes and assist customers in resolving them.
- Collect customer feedback and needs in a timely manner; gather industry information; assist other departments with technical work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in PCB plant process control or production line management.
- Team player with strong communication and execution skills.
- Familiar with PCB industry processes and working principles.
- Data-sensitive with strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
